    Just wanted to say thanks for hosting Jarrett and I tonight at the 4:30 class!!! We had so much fun! Nice to be somewhere with real equipment lol

    all reps prior to 245 felt solid and easy… 245 was REAL ugly but it went up and I locked it out… so it counts 🙂 matched pr

    My first time maxing deadlift, really should have gotten to 365 quicker and went up smaller increments from there. 365 was pretty easy and 405 felt like a house.
