5-10 Min HS Walk Progressions or Walks
Beginner: Kicking to Handstand, Kicking to Handstand away from the Wall (1ft, 1.5ft, 2 ft)
Intermediate: With Partner Kick to Handstand Hold (Partner Assists), Begin to Walk
Advanced: Warm Up with 5- 10 Ft HS Walks then use 10lb-45lb plates to begin walking up plate and over

Strength:  2 Clean Pull + 1 Clean +  1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk
4 sets to find max then drop to 80% of max and complete 2 sets

5 rounds for time
