Wow! This took me about 4 days 6 hours & 22 minutes (minus the 4 days & 6 hours).
I thought I was doing 115#DLs, but actually did 125#DLs…the most I’ve ever done in a WOD previously was 105# so I guess I’m ok with taking a year to finish 🙂

The new boxes will be the end of me. Had to do step ups for nearly all of them. 220lb deadlifts. 23:53
My time was 17:06, my version of box jumps is kinda like a one-legged leap onto the box, so they don’t quite qualify as rx’d.
