Toes to Bar Progression Work (If you are perfecting your T2B) –
10 EMOM – 3 bar pull downs + 2 knees to chest + 1 toes to bar
(All movements are strict, stay tight and go as high as you can go)

Toes to Bar Strength Work (If you have T2B) –
10 EMOM – 3 Inverted Toes to Bar
(If the IT2B is too difficult, goes as high as you can)

Strength:  Snatch Grip Deadlift

5 Rounds for Time

7 burpee box jumps
5 squat snatch 115/75
7 pull up
