Strength: CROSSFIT TOTAL
The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat, the press, and the deadlift. You will get 3 attempts at each to lift the maximum weight possible, and your heaviest successful lift from each of the 3 will be added together for your total. You can warm up however you like, however once you declare your first back squat attempt you are committed to progressing through all 3 lifts; you do not get anymore warm up lifts. Once you make your 3 back squat attempts then you move straight into the press, then the deadlift.
This should take you the whole hour to complete with your warm up. There is no time limit for each lift or for the length of the session in which they are all performed, but they must all be performed during one session.
