After a week of vacation laziness, I decided to get off my butt today. Went for a twenty mile bike ride this morning along the shore with my hubby but couldn’t talk him into working out with me tonight. He did however time me doing “tabata something else.” Did double unders, 20# kettle bell swings with a db, pushups and situps.
