  • The box does look great!!! Worked up to 125 for the push press and got 7 something on the wod. It was a fun one! My du’s are finally clicking…. It only took 8 months! Ha
    Ps- don’t forget krav maga tonight! 6:30!

        • haha my max used to be 135 back in August but I guess it’s not anymore. Maybe 145? I’m sure you two can do just as much if not more!

  • Push press – 5X5 – 125, 135, 145, 155, 165
    8:20 on the mini wod. Suddenly DU’s are not my friend. Took me about 3 minutes to knock out 100. 🙁 Followed that up with some Krav Maga. Great work by the 5:30 and 6:30 classes. Saw some great times posted on the board.

  • I think the overall Feng shui of the gym was vastly improved and will more than likley not only bring about more PR’s but also enhance the overall positive ch’i in the box. 🙂
