    5 OHS @ 135
    15 KB Swing @ 53lb
    30 D.U. or 90 S.U. Yest they are still doing single unders
    Then. 50 Situps to cash out for time.

    I did it in 10:30RXD 🙂 not the quickest time but all D.U.
    and the O.H.S. weight has to start from the ground.

  • DL’s 5-5-5-5-5
    275, 295, 315, 335, 350 – then I partnered with Kike to do the met con. 7:13. Jumped upstairs for some Krav Maga, where I showed the class how to properly fall on your back. 🙂 Great crowd at the box tonight. All the athletes were killing it tonight!!

  • Got up to 185 on the DL’s last night. Certainly not my max, but it felt tough to me. 🙂 Did the met con with the WODmother. Running between those cars was like going through an obstacle course!
