  • Missin’ all you guys this week. I’m trying to keep up with y’all while I’m away in Charlotte – limited equipment tho. I did ‘Annie’ – double-unders for the first time. My time 8:41. I’ll take it, but hope to improve quickly 🙂

  • Nice crowds at the box tonight. DL’s, 135, 165, 185, 205, 185. Did the mini WOD with 5 movements, followed by an hour of Krav Maga training. Really enjoyed the Krav Maga training. Check it out folks. Thomas, I owe you one! 🙂

    • Front Squats, not DL’s. I was probably still light headed after the Krav Maga.
