    4:17 30 seconds quicker but the one the only the man the myth the living legend is still beating me great job wodfather at 50 and still killing it 😉 all in good fun by the way who is mark with a time of around 3 1/2 minutes?

    def.need to work on the row…..was wanting to cry after 200meters..LOL!
