    Shoulder Press 75-85 x 3 95 x 2
    Nice to be back with the “WOD” crowd today. 6:58 rx’d

  • Got up to 140# on the shoulder press and 6:36 on the WOD with 95# front squat position for the lunges. Thanks Jeremy for shouting the words of encouragement.
