    I’ve never been able to finish “Nancy” Rx’d due to the fact that I suck at OHS.
    But today was different.

      Great job Jeremy! Looked like u were handling the OHS okay. Took me a while but did “nancy” with 55lbs! I think Jeremy ran circles around me before I finished!

    Great job 5am class Melissa caught me on the last run but i beat her on the ohs.

    great job javier sticking with it, you still owe us 400meters 😉

      Working hard all by myself! A solo team today 🙂 thanks for your encouragement! My arms are still shaking from those OHS!
