    This was a difficult lift to grip
    185-195-205…then the bar kept rolling out of my hand 🙁
    5 rd + run on mini WOD

  • Only got 285# on the DL’s. My monkey hands had a hard time w/the grip. 6 rounds plus the run on the WOD. The 5:30 class was cookin’.

    Had some company at the 2pm.
    My math was off got 325 on the deadlift. 5 rds + run

    WOD did it with the 70lbs KB & HRPU…Total of 5rnds + run
