My baseline from starting 647 with band when i first did it april 30th. Today I got 4:44 I think I could have done better if me and the wife didn’t go to bunbury frlestival and eat all kinds of junk but still its an improvement great job everyone coming in on a Monday lots of people there. I didn’t run did clean skill trying to get it down
Did this one yesterday (tuesday) before the KTEs busted my hands. 5:55, down from 6:10 when we did baseline in May! Just have to get those pull-ups going more quickly…. 🙂

“Baseline” 5:25…anyone know the last time we did this? I can’t find my last time anywhere. I thought we did it on a Sat.
We did it on a Saturday during a skills challenge. About 2 months ago or so.

Finished in 5:54; which is two minutes better than when I did it on my first visit less than 3 months ago.
