    Freddy 11:41 Had to scale down with each set, sucked!! Started w/85# and ended with 65#. To make myself more accountable, I’ll admit that I’ve committed to Paleo….started last Thursday, so maybe this has something to do w/ my performance. Feels great to not be suffering from the munchies all day 🙂 Nice to be with the crossfit family this morning.
