    Matt and I finished this one in 19:30ish. Did 105 for “shoulder to overhead” (don’t ask).

  • Liz you crushed it. Nice working-out with you, and thanks to you for me not having to do it solo. Not sure what my time was. Too tired and forgot to look. Ran a mile “cool” down after. Awesome WOD!
