3 min rest

Every minute on the minute for 10mins: Deadlift x 2, Box jumps x 6

post total tabata reps/amrap rounds/highest minute completed.

Saturday- 10am, 11am free workout bring a friend or family member, drop in if you are visiting from out off town.

2pm Pool Party!!!  Directions are on the whiteboard.

    Subbed Power Cleans 65# and double-tire jumps
    Round 1- 42 total
    Round 2- 3 rounds + Power cleans & 4 double-tire jumps
    Round 3- 10 rounds
    Round 4- Crawled through the grass dry heaving

    Thank you to Kim for not letting me die, as I was sure I saw the firey pits of hell awaiting me in the tire hole.
    Thank you to Megan for pushing me to keep jumping.
    And thank you to Lucas for not letting me know double tire jumps would make me want to die.

    But hey, at least I didn’t cry?

    I have no idea how many of these I did.

    Round 1: I think I was somewhere around the 35/40 mark.
    Round 2: 5 rounds + 2 DL.
    Round 3: Then 10 rounds, of course.

    This one was definitely a good one today. Great job 9am! And great job Rachel for those Double Tire jumps. I’m there for you! 🙂

    This one looks brutal… so anyone who wants to decompress afterwords, Colin and I are heading to Midpoint summer series (fountain square…Free concert, beer available on the square). Love to have company! See folks at 4:30 class!

    I work all day and have to miss this…but I want a special request to make it up tomorrow!

  • Round 1 = 62. Did 225# and the tires in lieu of box.
    Round 2 = 4 rounds
    Round 3 = ugly. Back started to seize up after 4th round. Had to sit out a round and dropped to 185#. Didn’t do the last set of tire jumps. Oh well, tomorrow’s another day.

  • Set 1 = 64 Total Reps
    Set 2 = 5 complete rounds
    Set 3 = completed all 10 minutes successfully

    Used 225# for DL and 30″ BJ
