Time 18:26 Did 2 sets of 100-ft walking lunges w/ 35# plate overhead, then stepped it down to 2-26# kettleballs for remaining sets. First 21 pullups with purple band and then went to red band for remaining, added purple for extra help at the end.
Just wanted to say thanks to crossfitnky I have learned a faster way to get stronger and healthier. I have been setting short goals in my personal daily life and crossfit has been part of my success in what I like to do -hike and climb.
