WOD:
3 rounds for time of:
50 Double Unders
15 Bodyweight Deadlifts
15 Pull-ups
25 Burpees
15 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
15 Handstand Push-ups

Just when I say “damn that was the hardest workout I’ve ever done” another one comes along. Being sick the last couple of days doesn’t help much either. But i did finish in 29:and some change so I’m sort of happy with that. Good luck to anyone who hasn’t did this one yet…It’s a lung burner!!!

Can 15 of the burpees be burpee pull ups i.e. 15 burpee pull ups & 10 burpees? Never done them & want to try them…unless they’re easier, but can’t imagine that’s true.

3 rounds of repeated punches to the face would have been easier.
Burpees crushed me. Always do.
We should come up with some sort of multi-day challenging burpee thing or something in order to be better prepared. 🙂

This one wore me out too! 30:50 w/ DU, body weight DL, own pull-ups but 2 ab mats for HSPU. Almost Rx’d. Plus 5 additional burpees for the challenge.
My WOD for today was
3 rounds for time of:
500m Row
40 DU
30 Box Jump 20″
20 Burpees
Time 17:45
Brutal wod!
40:10 and that was using bands on the HSPU’s.
I was the caboose for the 4:30 class. Great job everyone, that was a big class!

I think I finished in just over 30 minutes. The last set of hand stand pushups took about 5 minutes and they weren’t pretty. Totally gassed.
Time 24 something. Pull ups are actually Getting better! THat was a kIller though!
Awesome 4:30 class & 5:30 too, since I stuck around trying to fix my issue with dead lifts…Thx Lucas, btw.
33:35 had to modify DLs to 125# and 2 mats for HSPUs…others rxd.

Kristin. If u want to be awsome then u will need skins and a sweet power bracelet. Plus me and jarrett did a double workout tonight. Guess u could call us over achievers. Blah blah pick up heavy things.
Wow. Everybody is doing amazing. Wish I could be there but unfortunately duty calls here in Mississippi. If I could give any advice it would be to embrace the Paleo lifestyle as much as possible. I’ve been living Paleo for over a year and after tons of different diets and finally losing 145 lbs. 2 years ago, I can’t recommend any better way to live than Paleo. Good luck to everyone in the challenge and I’ll see you guys soon when I stop by for a random WOD.
