So I walk in today, first time since I injured my back 4 weeks ago, and I’m sizing up the workout. Coach Lucas says to me “are you going to take it easy today?” and I say “Yeah I just want to test the water today and make sure I’m good to go.” So Coach Lucas says “well why don’t you at least grab a guys bar! (for the thrusters) I don’t want you taking it too easy!”….damn i’ve missed this place!!!
I have no idea what my time was but the back felt great that’s all that matters to me…..
Nice Wod today…actually today I got lost in translation…for my 1st rnd and the 1st 10 reps of my 2nd rnd I did ohs instead thruster…next I do it as R’xd.

Left me flopping around on the concrete like a big fat sweaty Bluegill gasping for air. (more than normal) 🙂
