  • DL’s 5X3 – 265, 295, 325, 345, 365 – 7 rds. plus a run on the AMRAP.

  • I worked along with Tyler and Double C on this one. We finished up with a final set of 3 at 385. Tyler made it look easy! Not sure how many bowls of wheaties that was but I need to stock up! 🙂
