  • Loved lifting today! I’ve missed it this week. Fs’s were 95-115-135-155-175. I did 100 du’s in 1:38 but I fumbled several times. Awesome job on your du’s Moses!

  • 185, 195, 205, 215, 225. Enjoyed lifting with double C and Jeremy I managed to finish the double unders before lunch.

  • Worked up to a 225 set on the front squats. 1:21 on the du’s. They were not pretty and gassed me pretty bad. 😉
    Lean and mean small group at 5am today. Great job by all!

  • 210 x2 on FS. Not to bad. 1:18 on the double unders.

  • Also, no krav maga mon or tues night but it resumes wed night, thurs am and Saturday am! Happy New Years everyone!
