13:59 w/ 95# on squat cleans…and I am going to say it again, great job Niki and Melissa on the 115#! Also Erica pushing herself today with OHS and squat cleans, that is how you get better.

17:__ something. I did do the weight and it was a miserable WOD. I knew doing that weight-I would be slow, but figured that strength was more important than speed.at his point in my training.

95, 125, 135, 155, 135 – really struggled with the OHS which means I need to do more of them. I think I was 13:49 on the WOD with 155# and strict HSPU. The folks at 4:30 were crushing it!
Today was tough only did 135 but got heavy fast. Felt good though. Lookin forward to monday
