Did OLY lifting this am. It wasn’t quite the same as the afternoon lifting without the man, the myth, the legend………Jeff Baker. Great turnout this morning at 5 & 6am. BTW Grasshoppers are now my least favorite bug!
I feel ya Doug. Made it through the lifts and then found out grasshoppers were in my future. Not a fan. Looking forward to Saturday.

Did the wod since i missed last weeks OLY. I’ll just have to work on that again once work slows down currently doing 70 + hours a week at work
5am is such an early time for class. There was a lot of people though great group of people.
