Clean n Jerk -95-105-115-120-125-130. I think that is a PR…it sure felt like it. Not a DU day for me on the mini WOD…13:something. Niki killed it and Dacia is conquering her fear of the box…go girl!
I fear those boxes too!!! Way to go!!! I missed tonight, but my legs are still killing me from all the lunges on Wednesday! Sounds like I missed a tough one!
Nice job 4:30 and 5:30 classes. Made it to 185 on clean and jerk. 9:35 on the mini WOD. Good luck to those competing saturday!
