  • Got to work with Jeremy today. I only made it to 155 on the PP and 18ish min on the WOD.

    Wow those GHD situps really killed me I could only do one round of those I made up for it with another run though :).

    I got a new P.P. Max of 165 I tried 175 jump but just didn’t feel it
