    I was pleasantly surprised with this one-I went up 25# from my last 3 rep max in August!

    On the last 2 @ 105 I was stuck in limbo for at least 5 seconds before I could push all the way up, but I did it!!

    12:?? on the mini WOD & I finally got in the double under groove 🙂 Thanks Emily for helping to detach my shoelace from the jump rope…true story!

    I don’t know what my time was on that mini wod but it was not good,that coupled with my “snatch/push-jerk squats” made for a mess. I finished it.

    Squat cleans, hung with Wendy til the last 3
    75-85-95-105, then couldn’t get under the bar in time, hit my wall attempting 115 and 110#.
