    Been sick and injured for two weeks. First day back. 185 205 225 245 270

  • Took it easy on the back squats. Only worked up to 245. 5 rounds and 13 power cleans for the WOD. Great job by the 5:30 crew. Congrats to Annie on her new back squat PR.

    BS 275 295 315 335 350 (close to my PR). Really enjoying the strength programming.
    5 rounds and 3 sit ups.
