“Cindy” Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats
Crud! I am going to miss this tonight so I can ruin the teeth of the neighborhood kids! Hope I can do this one Thursday… Hopefully by then my legs will be functional from the jumping lunges. OUCH!!!

19 rounds plus 5 pull ups. My arms are a bit sore. Handing out candy was rough!
