  • Worked out at Primal Fitness in Washington, D.C. with Rich today!

    Here’s what I did:
    300 m run x2
    10 T Push-ups x2
    10 Pull-ups
    15 Lunges
    Samson Stretch

    5 L Pull-Ups (sub: tuck pull-ups)
    10 dive bomber push-ups
    15 squat jumps
    AMRAP in 20 min

    8 rounds + 10 dive bomber push-ups

  • I didn’t do Amy’s WOD. It looked freakin terrifying. I’m glad I wasn’t part of that painstorm. Instead, because I have to keep the metcons short and using a lot of hip and explosive motions, I did:

    5 Rounds of:
    Row 200m
    8 Pullups

    Time: 5:45
    *All pullups unbroken.

  • Four rounds, each for time of:
    800 meter run, 4 min rest

    warm up 10 min jogging for 1 mile

    Tempeture about 35F

    Time 1@3:17, 2@3:13, 3@3:25, 4@3:23

    It felt good to run again!!
