  • All this time I figured that muscle-ups, DU’s, and HSPU’s were at the top of my “struggle with” list…not so much. Everybody move down one spot. There’s a new bane of my CF existence in town. The snatch.

    A max of a whopping 125#. Ouch.
    I’ll get it eventually, but right now it has me. 🙂

    10-8-6-4-2 reps of Power Snatch @ 95#
    2-4-6-8-10 reps of Burpees

  • Max snatch was 65 lbs

    Time: 5:40 something

    Started with 55 lb snatches on second set moved down to 45 lb.

    WEAK!!
