  • I did the On-Ramp program. On my first day I ran 200 m, squads, push ups & pull ups, a set of 15,12 & 9 each and ran another 200 meters a month ago in 16 minutes 29 secods.

    Today I did it in 8 minutes, 40 seconds, I smoked that clock!!! I feel GREAT!!!! Thanks Rich!
