    Completed the July challenge- I was a true procrastinator-
    75# x 27 = 2000 lbs overhead Time: 5:18

  • 11:31 as rx’d

    Very challenging WOD…I was going for the sub 10min…I completed the 1st rnd in 2min 2nd rnd in 4min and the 3rd rnd in 5:31…next time I’m going for sub 10!!!!
