    With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

    “Nicole” total 81 pull ups, white/purple band- beat last Nicole by 10 pullups.

    Mindy showed us all up by riding her bike to UF, doing the wod, and riding home—-ya big showoff!:)
