  • I’m so mad. I really like to do this WOD but post surgery!!! I did pretty good WOD this am but wasn’t that and I wasn’t allow to drink water!!! Or eat. I hope u guys enjoy see u Monday.

  • I hadn’t seen Burpees in a while. Brewer checked the archives, my last wod that included Burpees was 44 days ago. I felt all 45 of them today!

    Way to push through Chris- you’ve completed your first week of Crossfit!

    This wod is killer!!!….Chris way to fight trough to completed this wod….that’s the way to do Crossfit giving your 100% in every wod and leaving no space for regrets….good job Chris!!!

    Came in to get in a WOD and had an opportunity to hit the grind with Armando.

    Power Snatch 5×2
    Loads: 95/115/120/125F/125

    We both took on a WOD that was inspired from the on-ramp program:
    10 Rounds of:
    Row 200m
    10 Thrusters, 95#
    Start a new round every 3 minutes.

    Afterward, I did the math and we each completed a 2K Row and 100 thrusters!

    Big FYI: There’s a produce stand right down the road on 18 that has cheap veggies! I got 10 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 2 yellow squash, and 4 green peppers all for 7 bucks!

    If you all aren’t eating paleo, you need to start. Just ask Lucas what to eat and he’ll put you on the right path; he’s been strict paleo for about 2 weeks now.

  • Oh, and thanks to Luiggi and Chris for not letting me wimp out. I said “that’s enough” after 6 rounds. They kept me going for 4 additional rounds. For the newbies around the gym, this stuff doesn’t get easier, you just get better at it. 😉

  • Actually was fun seeing someone in pain that isn’t yourself !!! Good job rich and Armando. I’ll like to do that WOD next week when I get better. Chris and me will try it. See u guys Monday
