  • For the record, crabby people have to do crab walks. I found myself doing a lot of those in the parking lot before this wod!

    65 pound Thruster, 21 reps ** 45# thrusters

    This was tough! It encompassed two things I hate most.. thrusters and running .. that should explain the crab walks 🙂
