    150 pushups for time.


    Wanna do this again after a few weeks back on the zone. I started feeling it at about 40 or 50. Really sad…

  • I wasn’t really feeling it today- the wod was exhausting, coach offered to scale the rounds but I pushed through all 4 rounds of what felt like hell & high water……21:53….of which the last 1 1/2 min was the final pull ups

    25 Box Jump – 24″ Boxes
    15 Pull-up
