    WOD: 9:03, no penalties, no wall balls. This is a physically and mentally difficult WOD. but I made it through unscathed.

    Wore 20lb vest and carried 60 lbs= 80lbs
    800 meters- time: 8:20

  • If anyone is interested, I will be working out at Underground Fitness tomorrow morning at 6am. I have to leave at 6:45, so I’ll do the WOD quick and dirty. If anyone wants in, just show up and we can jam together.
