Murph

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

    Time: 1 hr 8 min

    This is my first “full” Murph. My two other attempts have been 1/2 Murph’s (Prev. Time: 43m & 31:39). I feel pretty good about this time, push ups were especially hard. Next goal: under 1 hr!!!
