  • Today was a really off day for me. So, I didn’t do my max, but tried to keep good form for all. I have a feeling Monday is going to be rough. Maybe a little “Murph” action? If so, I’m game for the whole enchilda this time! No scaling!

  • Today I went to Crossfit Nasti to do a Rocky Mountain wod (3 rnd of 300 dl 8 rep and a 400m run…I did this wod Stephen from Nasti…this wod is really tough and I think we did a really good job. Times:
