    Had a sore shoulder and wasn’t sure of previous numbers so I chose to start at 60lbs. This worked well- come to find out previous attempts only got 75 lbs over my head……great PR for me today!

    Wore my “fancy shoes” tonight. I think it made a difference! Pretty sure 85 is a PR, but I’ll have to double check that.
