    wow what a work out. wasn’t able to get my time because i had to leave before every1 was finished but I was told that my time was 37 min. wallball and kte were the killers for me.

  • My first “filthy fifty”………..first time I ever tried this workout it was the Tiny 10’s (10 of each) and I couldn’t walk for 3 days. BIG CHANGES have taken place in 6 months:
