    My technique was bad with 225Lbs. so i went down on weight.

  • Back Squat:
    105-120-130-140-145
    Much better than the last time, since last time I had to * some reps for form issues!!! None of that this time! Hit the butt ball each time!

    Team METCON:
    2 min SDLHP (Total: 80)
    1 min rest
    2 min 65# push press (Total: 30)
    1 min rest
    2 min box jump (Total: 53)
    Total Score: 163

    Back squat max 140- same as previous attempts-thought I’d go higher today but it just wasn’t there.
    The Metcon teamwork was awesome. Always a pleasure to work with Amy!

    I did this WOD with Rich, he took this WOD from the Mid Atlantic qualifier….I’m impress with my time 🙂 !!!!
