  • couldn’t get there this morning. So I subbed a 17 mile bike ride. Took 1:15 and there was one major hill.

    I did today’s WOD at the 4:30pm class
    Deadlift 85lbs
    Box jumps
    Kettle bells 25lbs
    Pull ups were 2 rounds blue, last 3 rounds regressed to green
    “Dripping” sweat for the first time-
    This workout was tough! We’ll have to do it again soon!
