    need to work in my pullup techniques and try to make sure I go all the way up each and eveyone. :-/

    10 Pull-ups (1/3 kipping, 1/3 band, 1/3 jumping) ๐Ÿ™
    10 Ring dips
    didnt make it to the morning class cuz i slept in so I went to the 4:30 and did horrible.

    time 29:00

  • pull ups and ring dips both assisted with Blue band
    10 round of 10 each Total: 18:46
    Felt sluggish today….feel good now ๐Ÿ™‚

  • 10 rounds for time:
    10 Pullups (6 rounds with white band, 4 rounds with white and small purple band)
    10 ring dips (assisted with blue band)

    Time: 18:25

    Had to end up doing 2 finger pullups the last 2 rounds becuase I ripped calluses on both hands. OW!!

  • pull ups assisted with green band and ring dips assisted with Blue band
    10 rounds of 10 each Total: 18:13

    It feels good to be back!
