Why is CrossFit so effective?

Unlike other fitness programs, CrossFit delivers conditioning to all ten aspects of inclusive fitness: Strength, Stamina, Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Agility, Coordination, Balance, and Accuracy. The prescription of “varied, if not random, functional movements performed at high intensities” elicits the exact neuro-endocrine response (fancy word for hormone production) in the body that allows for a more optimal and healthy lifestyle. Through CrossFit we are able to train all three metabolic pathways (Phosphagen, Glycolitic, and Oxidative) to achieve a balance in all areas of fitness.
