Rest Day/Make up Day

Tomorrows WOD is Crossfit Total  and we are having a Party! This workout normally takes a little bit longer than normal.  We would like you to invite your friends and family to come and cheer you on as you try and set a PR.  If you have ever stopped in and done a workout, talked to us about CrossFit, or are currently a Crossfitter you are invited to come in and participate or watch for free.  I will provide snacks and drinks.  Join us at 5:30pm.

  • I am looking forward to it too! I found my previous Crossfit Total score from 6/19/08! I am hopeing for at least a score of 450!!
