Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

  • Oh Barbara- we meet again: January 29th was 38:39
    TODAY’S TIME: 33:35!! As prescribed (blue band assist pull ups)——an improvement of 5 min 4 seconds!

    total time 33:54 not to bad for my first run at barbara. The third and fourth rounds kicked my ass though but I was happy to come back strong for the fifth. Next time barbara cmes around I plan on hanging with kike and making the fifth round a sprint to the finish.
