Push-ups are honest push-ups. Handstand push-ups are “nose to floor”.

    I had to scale on this one; HSPUs with feet on box. I’ll have to add doing this rx’d to my list of goals. I was done with the second run at 9:30.

    Afterword, I did 3 100m rowing sprints. 16.8/16.6/16.8.
