    Kettlebell swings, 25 reps: 1st 3rnd and 1st 10 rep 0f 4th with 53pnd and last 15 rep and 5rnd with 35pnd.
    25 GHD Sit-ups
    25 Back Extensions
    25 Knees to Elbows

    35/25 lb kettlebell swings, 25 reps
    25 sit ups
    25 back extensions
    25 knees to elbows
